The Role

• As Senior Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner for major airline clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, commercial success, and continuous innovation.
• Your key responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for assigned airline accounts, building trusted, long-term partnerships
• Own account performance: budgets, contracts, KPIs, and service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with menu development, operations, procurement, and finance teams
• Lead business reviews, audits, and service improvement initiatives
• Drive service recovery strategies and ensure exceptional passenger satisfaction
• Support contract renewals and tender processes alongside commercial leadership
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the business

About You

• You are commercially sharp, operationally strong, and passionate about delivering excellence.
• Background in food, catering, hospitality, or a related industry
• Experience in account management or operational leadership
• Strong interest in aviation and airline operations
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
• Confident managing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international, matrix organisation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar preferred
