We’re launching an exciting elevated quick service concept in Manhattan and are looking for a strong Assistant General Manager to help open and lead the location from day one.

This is not traditional fast food - it’s premium product, strong brand identity, and hospitality-driven service delivered in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full new opening process — hiring, training, and building culture
• Lead all FOH operations alongside the General Manager
• Drive service standards, speed of execution, and guest experience
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and daily performance metrics
• Be hands-on during peak periods and lead from the floor

What We’re Looking For

• AGM or Senior Restaurant Manager ready for the next step
• Background in full-service or elevated QSR
• High-volume experience
• New opening experience a plus
• Strong team building and training skills – hiring a fresh team for this location!
• Operationally sound with attention to systems and detail
