Relief Social Care Worker

AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting Relief Social Care Workers to supply agency staff to residential and community-based Intellectual Disability services in Offaly.

This flexible agency role involves supporting children and/or young people in a person-centred residential environment, ensuring high standards of care in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

Shifts include sleepovers and some days.   

Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 7 (or higher) in Social Care, Psychology, Social Science, Youth & Community Work, or related discipline

• Up-to-date HSEland training (Children First, Safeguarding, First Aid, etc.)

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals (ID or mental health preferred)

• Ability to work flexible 24/7 shifts (including nights & weekends)

• Strong communication and IT skills

• Full driver’s licence desirable

• Full legal right to work in Ireland
