General Manager Apprentice

Salary: $65,000 to $70,000

Location: NYC, NY

I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a General Manager Apprectice to join their team.

They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

This role is ideally going to be for a General Manager in training so is a very exciting opportunity if you are ready to take that next step! 

This location does have bar service - to be considered, candidates must have bar experience and certification

Responsibilities:

• Supporting all operations
• Managing the front of house team 
• Collaborating with front and back of house team
• Establishing and maintaining team spirit
• Upholding service standards
• Training and supporting staff
• Maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience

Key Requirements:

• Proven years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in a Quick Service Restauant establishment
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Strong team leader with a upbeat attitude
• Seeking to be a General Manager!
