Job Title: F&B Manager – Branded Hotel - Cheshire
Salary: up to £45,000 + bonus
Location: Cheshire
I am on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager for a branded hotel in Cheshire.
My client is looking for a born leader who can manage and support the teams in the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.

About the position
- Responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards
- Report to the General Manager
- Manage the kitchen and BOH
- Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards
- Drive staff training to the highest level
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
The successful candidate
- Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a F&B Manager
- A strong understanding of operations
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
- High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit
