Social Care Workers Kerry

AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting Relief Social Care Workers to support both family and individual addiction services in Tralee and surrounding areas.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing practical and emotional support to individuals and families affected by addiction.

The role involves applying trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to support recovery and stability.

Requirements

• Level 7 Degree in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (NFQ) or related discipline

(Acceptable related Level 8 degrees include Psychology, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Addiction Studies, Youth & Community Work, Social Work, Social Sciences, Teaching, or Nursing)

• Experience working with homeless individuals, substance users, mental health services, or socially marginalised groups

• Understanding of Health & Recovery approaches, including dual diagnosis and co-morbid needs

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle required
