Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, purpose-built nursery in the Liverpool area that operates across 4 age-specific rooms, each supported by experienced Room Leaders and Seniors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a childcare company that truly values Early Years and operates to a higher standard than many nurseries in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
• Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding in line with EYFS
• Support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
• Build strong partnerships with parents and the local community
• Support the Director with occupancy growth, staffing and operational excellence
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and health & safety requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Is an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Is passionate about Early Years and high-quality childcare
• Has strong leadership and team development skills
• Wants to be part of a nursery where their ideas and experience will be valued
