General Manager
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £65,000 plus bonus

A high-performing neighbourhood restaurant group known for bold food, strong drinks, and a consistently busy service.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume operation with a loyal following and a reputation for quality at an accessible price point.

The role:

• Lead a high-volume site, setting the tone on the floor and driving a strong service culture
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times
• Manage and develop a large team, building energy, accountability, and consistency
• Deliver against budgets, P&L, and KPIs with a clear focus on profitability
• Maintain high standards across food, drink, and guest experience in a commercially tight environment
• Oversee late-night trade, ensuring standards remain high from open to close

The person:

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant
• Strong commercial awareness - confident managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics
• A hands-on leader who leads from the front and builds high-performing teams
• Passionate about food, drink, and delivering a strong guest experience
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage a busy and demanding service
• Comfortable running neighbourhood operations and the community that comes along with this
• WSET Level 2 or strong drinks knowledge is an advantage
