Operations Manager – QSR / Casual Dining – Up to €55,000
Location: Office Based/Venue based (with occasional travel)

 This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and loves variety, NO TWO DAYS WILL BE THE SAME! You will work closely with the directors, take ownership of key projects, and play a vital role in shaping the future of the business.

 Flexibility is key: the role will include weekends and evenings as needed to support the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of P&L
• Solid knowledge of operational and business challenges
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in busy venue environments
• Multi venue management
• Business Management degree a strong plus
• Experience in new venue openings highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a variety of evolving projects across the business
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and coordinating the right people to execute projects
