We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join a renowned upscale dining concept with a focus on classic French technique and refined presentation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the pastry program within a vibrant, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all pastry and dessert production for the restaurant
  • Develop and execute creative, seasonally driven dessert menus
  • Train and mentor pastry team members
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of Pastry Chef or senior pastry leadership experience
  • Strong background in upscale or fine dining pastry programs
  • Creative approach to dessert development and presentation
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
