This is a great opportunity to join a large, global hospitality company operating a high-volume, fast-paced environment in Washington, DC.

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Executive Chef who knows how to lead from the front, deliver consistency, and build high-performing kitchen teams.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Oversee all back-of-house operations in a very high-volume kitchen
  • Lead, train, and develop a large culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
  • Drive food quality, execution, and speed of service across all dayparts
  • Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with a strong focus on profitability
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on menu execution, systems, and operational improvements
  • Build strong kitchen systems, structure, and accountability across the team

What We’re Looking For


  • Proven Executive Chef experienced in high-volume operations
  • Background in corporate, large-scale environments
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, COGS, labor management)
  • A hands-on leader – you’ll be in the kitchen!
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for consistency, efficiency, and delivering quality at scale
