Job title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our exclusive luxury resort.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Italy during its exciting pre-opening and transition phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
• Oversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
• Support pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
• Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.

Profile & Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or related industries.
• Experience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Locally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
