Social Care Worker - Offaly

AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Relief Social Care Workers to support residential and community-based services in Offaly.

This is a flexible agency opportunity for motivated professionals seeking relief shifts while gaining valuable experience within established intellectual disability services.

Successful candidates will support children and/or young people in residential settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice and regulatory standards.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care
• Support service users in achieving their personal goals and outcomes
• Promote independence, inclusion, and community engagement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and care documentation
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and safeguarding policies

• QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a related discipline
• Eligible for or registered with CORU
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT and report writing ability
