Restaurant Manager – Central London - Up to £45,000 DOE

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Restaurant Manager to join a thriving independent group with a few sites in Central London.

This is a high-volume restaurant, and we need someone who is floor-based, guest-focused, and passionate about Asian cuisine.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a busy team
• Hands-on and independent, able to take ownership of the restaurant day-to-day
• Highly guest-oriented, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passion for Asian food and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable and guest-focused!
