Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality Venue

We’re seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the commercial growth of a premium hospitality venue.

This is a senior role with a strong focus on developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to drive revenue, engagement, and audience reach across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the brand strategy across all marketing channels, including social media, content, and digital campaigns
• Curate and manage email marketing campaigns and ensure website content is up to date in collaboration with a graphic designer
• Create engaging content with support from freelancers and internal teams
• Analyse marketing performance and audience insights to inform strategic decisions and drive commercial results

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality marketing or brand marketing
• Strong skills in content creation and curation
• Proficiency in Meta paid advertising platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics
• Proven ability to develop and execute commercial marketing strategies
