Meetings & Events Coordinator – Up to £30,000 – Leeds

What you’ll be doing:

•  Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all event requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
•  Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding meetings and events.
•  Organise and oversee the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard.
•  Provide on site support during meetings and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
•  Respond to enquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, providing clear and professional communication.
•  Work closely with internal teams and service partners to deliver a seamless and high quality events experience.

• Ideally, at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a 5-star hospitality or corporate environment.
