General Manager – Up to $130,000 – NYC, NY

We're seeking a highly business-driven General Manager to lead the new opening of a Michelin concept in NYC! You'll build the team from scratch, develop and execute training plans to meet Michelin service standards, and oversee full operations.

This role offers clear growth to Director of Operations within a year as the group launches two more unique concepts - perfect for an ambitious GM ready for their next step!

Requirements:

• Extensive years of experience in a senior restaurant leadership role
• MUST have a background from Fine Dining, ideally Michelin

• Proven record in driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Strong financial management skills with payroll and P&L experience
• New opening experience and plus if you have managed multi-outlet before!
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems and payroll software
