I am looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to join us in a unique opportunity in Amsterdam.

This is a cluster role, working across two properties at different stages of their lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the commercial foundation from the ground up: shaping strategy, developing partnerships, and securing business.

At the same time, you will ensure the continued commercial success of the existing portfolio by driving revenue and strengthening market presence.

What you’ll do

• Lead the pre-opening sales strategy and build the commercial structure
• Proactively generate business and build a strong network (travel advisors, agencies, partners)
• Represent both properties in the market and drive brand awareness
• Own the full sales cycle: RFPs, negotiations, and contracting
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations
• Help build and shape the future sales team
• Step in as a key commercial lead during a maternity leave period

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in hotel sales, ideally luxury/upscale
• Strong network in leisure/luxury travel
• Proactive, hands-on, and commercially sharp
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
