Director of Housekeeping – Bermuda Resort

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Housekeeping to join a luxury upscale resort in Bermuda.

This role is ideal for a highly operational leader who is passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while leading and motivating a large housekeeping team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$70,000 USD Salary
• Approximately $10,000 gratuities/service charge

Position Overview

The Director of Housekeeping will oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations and team management
• Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards
• Develop training programs and support staff development
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage housekeeping schedules, inventory, and departmental efficiency
• Ensure strong guest satisfaction through attention to detail and service quality
• Must hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
