General Manager - Casual Dining
Location: Bristol (relocation support available)
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

The Role:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
• Overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the site
• Driving sales and managing the full P&L
• Creating a positive, guest-first culture across the team
• Maintaining brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas

The Person:

• Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry
• Strong people focus - both guest experience and team development
• Commercially astute with a hands-on leadership style
• Solid track record managing P&L and consistently delivering against targets
• Experience across branded and/or independent operations
• Ready to step straight in with a confident and credible operational approach
