Head Chef – Boutique Pizza Group – Central London – Circa £50k OTE (including tronc)

Join a growing, product-focused pizza group with multiple sites across London.

We are looking for hands-on Head Chefs to lead busy central London locations, with genuine potential to grow into area or development chef roles.

We are partnering with a boutique pizza group that runs several sites across London, with new openings planned.

They have expanded rapidly and need solid Head Chefs to stabilise and lead the team.

This is not a desk job – it's a hands-on role for someone who cares about ingredients, standards, and running a slick operation.

The Locations:

• Central London sites
• Additional opportunities at other London locations
• The group is mobile-friendly – chefs can be moved to best-fit sites

The Role:

• Run the busiest shifts, coach and train the team
• Take full responsibility for ordering, receiving, invoices, and mise en place
• Ensure slick operations, strong service, and consistent quality
• Work with a hand-made, sourdough-based 24-hour proof pizza (not Neapolitan – slightly thicker, structured base)
• Electric ovens only for speed & consistency

The Ideal Head Chef:

• Experience in pizza or high-volume casual dining
• Product-focused – cares about ingredients, quality, and brand fit
• Hands-on, disciplined, and teachable
• Comfortable leading a diverse team
• Fast, efficient, and understands pizza-style service
• Open to growing into an area or development chef role as the group expands

Why Apply?

• Base salary: Circa £35k (approx £15 per hour, 45-hour week)
• Quarterly bonus: 10%
• Tronc / tips: £1,000 – £1,400 per month (total package circa £50k OTE)
