Assistant Hotel Manager - Boutique Hotel
Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager – 4-star Boutique Hotel
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy boutique hotel.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong rooms division background looking to step into a senior operational position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support overall hotel operations with a focus on rooms division
- Lead and manage large teams across front office and operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Oversee front office performance, processes, and efficiency
- Support senior leadership with reporting and operational strategy
- Drive team performance, training, and development
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the hotel
About You
- 2+ years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager
- Background as a Reception or Front Office Manager
- Experience within 4 star or 5-star hotels
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+
- Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
