This is a great opportunity to join an established, high-performing restaurant group in Washington, DC.
They’re looking for a strong Head Chef who can lead from the front, drive consistency, and bring structure to a busy kitchen environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a corporate restaurant background who understands systems, standards, and how to lead teams at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all day-to-day BOH operations
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and execution across all service periods
- Overseeing inventory, ordering, and cost control using Crunch Inventory System
- Driving labor management and kitchen efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or CDC within a corporate restaurant environment
- Hands-on experience with Crunch Inventory System is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate teams
- Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and labor management
- Highly organized, systems-driven, and detail-oriented
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus
- Rate: £56.3k - 63.3k per year + Benefits
