Head of Marketing – Independent Luxury Restaurant Group
Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE)

We are partnering with a well-established independent luxury restaurant group to find an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, commercially minded leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments.

You will report directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with General Managers and Head Chefs across the business.

The role also involves leading and developing a marketing team of 2, with potential to grow to 3 in the future.

To be considered, candidates must come from premium hospitality such as luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or private members’ clubs.

Stability is important for this position so ideally candidates will have spent at least 2 years in each of their recent roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 2/3
• Own and deliver the full marketing strategy
• Work directly with the Owner and Finance Director on brand direction and commercial planning
• Collaborate with GMs and Head Chefs across the portfolio
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Oversee branding, content, digital presence, and promotional activity
• Drive footfall, brand awareness, and guest engagement across all sites

Ideal profile:

• Premium hospitality background is required!
• Strong digital marketing experience
• Creative, organised, proactive, and commercially driven
