Thai Sous Chef – High-Volume Production Kitchen – 55,000 + Bonus

We’re recruiting a Thai Sous Chef to join a dynamic contract catering operation just outside South-East London, delivering premium food at scale for prestigious international clients.

This role is ideally suited to Thai Sous Chefs from contract catering, aviation catering or large-scale production kitchens, where volume, consistency and organisation are second nature -combined with genuine expertise in Thai cuisine.

The Role

• Support and lead day-to-day kitchen operations within the Thai section.
• Drive consistency, quality and authenticity across all dishes.
• Lead and develop junior chefs within a structured brigade.
• Oversee prep, production and service delivery at scale.
• Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and innovation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, allergens and due diligence.

About You

• Strong background in authentic Thai cuisine is essential.
• Experience within contract catering, aviation or high-volume production kitchens.
