We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Associate to join a small and dynamic team.

This role combines sales support, account management and logistics coordination, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with both suppliers and customers in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Support the growth and management of assigned accounts
• Coordinate orders and logistics to ensure efficient operations
• Provide high-quality customer service and communication
• Support the sales team and report to senior management

Key Sales Associate Requirements:

• C1/C2 level Italian and strong English proficiency
• Previous experience in the wine trade
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable and able to prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Wine qualifications (e.g.
  
  WSET) are desirable
