We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenford, Ealing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a nurturing environment.

This 1-2 form entry, ‘Good' school nurtures a vibrant and inclusive community of capable, determined young learners who are prepared to engage confidently with the wider world.

The curriculum is broad and balanced, offering rich learning across core subjects and creative areas, while promoting strong values and a supportive environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students to thrive academically and socially.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis as a SEN Teaching Assistant


• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons


• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment


• Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills


• Working collaboratively with staff and external professionals as a SEN Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs


• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
