A leading complex care provider is seeking a Regional Care Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis, supporting services across the Durham area.

The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including dementia, neurological conditions, and rehabilitation requirements.

You will support daily living activities, contribute to care plans, and provide compassionate, hands-on care across multiple locations.

Person specification:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle due to cross-site working
• Experience working in care within a professional capacity (residential or nursing home)
• Complex care experience would be beneficial
