Restaurant Supervisor – Premium Dining Concept - London - Up to £40,000

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Supervisor to join a high-end dining venue in the heart of London.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service standards, smooth operations, and strong team leadership throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with management to drive performance and team culture

About You

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress within a premium or luxury restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• Well-presented, professional, and hands-on approach
• Experience within high-volume or fine dining environments is highly desirable
