Sales Support Executive – Up to £48,000 OTE

Remote role with occasional site visits in London

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a confident and proactive Sales Support Executive to join a growing contract catering business.

This is a primarily remote position, suited to someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider sales function, helping to generate opportunities, maintain strong client communication, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, provided they have the right attitude, confidence, and sales support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating the CRM database
• Monitoring procurement portals and supporting with uploading tenders and clarification responses
• Conducting outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clients
• Booking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers and Sales Directors
• Building and cleansing databases through proactive outreach
• Managing pipeline activity and ensuring consistent follow-ups
• Answering incoming calls via the main phone line
• Providing day-to-day support to the wider sales team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a sales support, business development, telesales, or internal sales role
• Strong experience using CRM systems
• Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload independently
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
