Open to Senior CDP, CDP, or Junior Sous level.
We are seeking a passionate chef to join a truly unique restaurant set within an 18th-century walled garden in South Wiltshire.
This is a rare opportunity for a chef who wants to work with produce from garden to plate – growing, foraging, and cooking over fire.
If you care about seasonality, sustainability, and provenance – and want to learn from a great teacher – this is the role for you.
The Restaurant:
- Primarily daytime operation
- Charcoal and asado grill cooking
- Green Michelin Star & Michelin Bib Gourmand
- 45 seats in winter, 100 in summer
- Small team of 3 chefs
- Weddings and events
The Role
- Work alongside a top Executive Chef
- Lead service, manage sections, ordering, and stock control
- Contribute to menu development
- Support weddings and events
- Perfect for an aspiring chef looking to step up
The Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about produce-led, seasonal cooking
- Comfortable cooking over fire
- Keen to work with garden-grown produce
- Open to a more junior chef with the right attitude
