3.5T Van Driver

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for 3.5T Van Drivers to join our well‑established client based in Halesowen.

Working Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm

Location: Halesowen

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Job Details:

• Deliver and collect goods using a 3.5T van
• Load and unload stock safely and efficiently
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Plan and follow delivery routes to meet schedules
• Obtain proof of delivery from customers
• Provide good customer service on deliveries
• Keep vehicle clean and well maintained
• Assist in warehouse duties when required
• Follow health & safety and driving regulations
• Keep accurate delivery records and paperwork

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous van driving experience preferred but not essential (some long distance may be required – upto 1.5hour travel)
• Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• This position will also require you assist with the unloading of goods being delivered and can require lifting up to 25kg, ideal for drivers who don’t mind hands - on work alongside driving.
