Commis Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience working in award‑winning kitchens
• Previous exposure to Greek cuisine and its core techniques would be advantageous.
• Strong team player who thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, organised and able to maintain high standards during service
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for producing high‑quality dishes
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the brigade
