A unique chance is now available for a seasoned operational leader to manage hospitality and catering services at a prominent live events and entertainment venue.

The ideal candidate will head a large, fast-moving operation, delivering food, beverages, and exceptional guest experiences across a variety of premium hospitality spaces.

This position demands a commercially astute leader who excels in high-energy settings with significant visitor traffic and the execution of multiple large-scale events.

Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will assume full responsibility for operational performance, guest experience standards, team leadership, and financial success across the venue.

You will be instrumental in maintaining excellence during peak event days while fostering ongoing improvements in all operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospitality and catering operations across various service areas
• Uphold consistently high standards in service delivery and operational execution
• Lead and develop large teams across front-of-house and back-of-house functions
• Track commercial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue
• Assist in delivering major live events, corporate functions, and high-traffic periods
• Foster collaborative relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal teams
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Prioritize health and safety, compliance, and operational best practices

Profile

• Extensive leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, events, or large consumer-facing operations
• Proven track record in managing high-volume, multi-unit environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget and financial oversight
• Skilled in leading large teams in fast-paced operational environments
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
• Hands-on leadership approach with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
• Adaptable in complex, ever-changing environments
• Dedicated to customer experience and operational excellence
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both Dutch and English
