I am hiring on behalf of a leading mountain resort seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service and budget targets are met
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labour control
  • Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Assist with events, catering, and seasonal peak operations
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience and 3+ years hospitality experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced or resort environments preferred
  • Knowledge of POS and inventory systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • TIPS certification preferred
