This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming, supportive, and highly experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding early years care and education.

Requirements for this role include:

• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• The ability to plan engaging educational activities that support learning and development
• A genuine passion for working with children

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and flourish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality care and supervision for children
• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences
• Supporting children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
• Promoting children's wellbeing, safety, and welfare at all times
• Following safeguarding policies and procedures
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Encouraging children's confidence, curiosity, and independence
• Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the setting
