Secondary Teacher (Qualified)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects


• Assisting students with their learning, both individually and in groups


• Helping to manage classroom behaviour effectively


• Providing support to students with additional needs where required


• Encouraging student engagement and participation

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff


• A proactive and flexible approach
