Group Reservations & Reception Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £55,000

I'm working with a premium hospitality group looking for a Group Reservations & Reception Manager to oversee the guest journey across multiple high-profile London venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands that reservations and reception are far more than diary management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, driving performance through SevenRooms, enhancing the guest experience and ensuring consistency across the estate.

The Role:

• Lead and develop reception and reservations teams across multiple venues
• Drive exceptional guest experience from initial booking through to departure
• Manage and optimise SevenRooms, ensuring booking strategy, guest data and table management are fully maximised
• Monitor key commercial KPIs including covers, occupancy, no-shows and guest engagement
• Work closely with operations, events and marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities
• Support recruitment, training and development across reception and reservations functions
• Ensure consistency of standards, communication and execution across all sites
• Manage VIP guests, special requests and service recovery when required

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Group Reservations, Reservations Manager, Reception Manager or Guest Experience leadership role
• Strong SevenRooms experience is essential
• Experience working across multiple sites or within a high-volume premium hospitality environment
• Passionate about guest experience and building high-performing teams
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the link between reservations and revenue
• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• A confident leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing people
