My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Registered Manager, Home Manager or Service Manager to oversee a residential home based in Luton, Bedfordshire.

For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience

We are looking for a candidate with a proven CQC track record via inspection reports, strong motivational and staff management skills, flair for bringing new ideas to improve services.

The Registered Home Manager will be offered

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000


• Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties


• Leading social care provider and employer

To be considered as Registered Home Manager, you must have

• QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4


• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities


• CQC service management experience or supervisory experience
