Estimator / Salesman

A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Estimator / Salesman to price and tender structural steel packages in Buckinghamshire.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Duties:

• Reviewing architectural and structural drawings


• Measuring structural steel tonnage and quantities


• Pricing fabrication, supply and erection works


• Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations


• Preparing tender submissions


• Liaising with clients, engineers and project managers


• Using Tekla drawings and fabrication information


• Producing cost plans and value engineering options


• Handing successful tenders over to contracts/project teams
