About the role and school

We are seeking a Supply Teacher to work across a range of welcoming and high-achieving primary schools in Tower Hamlets from September.

This Supply Teacher opportunity offers flexibility and variety, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term cover and long-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour, and quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

This Supply Teacher role is ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.

This Supply Teacher position would suit experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to gain experience across different school settings and year groups.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons as a Supply Teacher


• Follow school policies and maintain classroom routines


• Manage behaviour effectively and positively


• Adapt quickly to different year groups and school environments


• Support pupils to remain engaged in learning


• Build positive relationships with staff and pupils

Qualifications/Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• Previous primary teaching experience is desirable


• Strong classroom management skills


• Flexible and adaptable approach


• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
