Role: Lead Nurse – RN Adult or RMN

Salary: £50,996 per year

Location: Winchester (Nursing Home)

A respected care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join their team as a Lead Nurse within a welcoming nursing home setting.

As the Lead Nurse, you will help oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, contribute to care planning, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience at Senior Nurse level or above within a nursing home environment.

Person specification:

• Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Strong experience working within a nursing home environment
• Proven experience operating as a Senior Nurse or Lead Nurse within elderly care
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
