Roofing Contracts Manager

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a respected UK Roofing Contractor, working on a projects in Central London.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.


This company currently have 7 live projects across Central London, and they require the successful individual to work closely with the Site Management team to make sure all projects are on track.


Summary of Duties:



  • Site Visits / Progress

  • Conducting regular (weekly) site visits to monitor progress and quality

  • Providing weekly Quality Assurance oversight

  • Documentation - Drafting & Submitting

  • RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)

  • ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)

  • Progress Reports

  • Friday Packs (Health & Safety info pack Toolbox talks etc)

  • Site Diaries

  • Managing and ensuring Site Diaries are completed (by Site Supervisors)


Experience & Qualifications:



  • Previous experience as a Site/Project/Contracts Manager with a roofing contractor

  • SMSTS, Valid Management CSCS and First Aid

  • Experience working with a sub-contractor

  • Strong communication and IT skills

  • Ability to drive and lead a team

  • Commercial Awareness

  • Ability to plan head

  • Working references - essential
