We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Designer to join a leading bespoke joinery and luxury interiors manufacturer based in London, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end residential joinery, custom furniture and specialist interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard


• Read and interpret CAD drawings and technical manufacturing information


• Work with a range of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates, and hardwoods


• Deliver accurate, high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail


• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with project deadlines


• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy workshop team


• Maintain high standards of finish across all bespoke joinery outputs

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner


• Strong background in bespoke joinery, furniture manufacturing, or high-end interiors


• Confident reading and working from CAD and technical drawings


• Excellent craftsmanship with strong attention to detail and finishing standards


• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team


• Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced workshop


• Flexible approach with willingness to work overtime when required
