Marketing & Community Lead

We're partnering with an exciting new luxury members' wellness club set to redefine Dubai's health and lifestyle scene.

Blending performance training, recovery, social bathhouse rituals, movement, hospitality and community, this is far more than a gym or wellness space—it's a destination designed for people who want to perform at their best while building meaningful connections.

We're looking for a Marketing & Community Lead to help bring this exciting brand to life.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll shape the launch strategy, grow a passionate community and position the brand as one of Dubai's most talked-about lifestyle destinations.

From social media and content to influencers, PR, partnerships, events and member engagement, you'll play a key role in building both brand awareness and lasting loyalty.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 2–5 years' experience in brand marketing, social media, community, PR, partnerships or events.
• Experience within wellness, fitness, hospitality, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
• A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging cultural trends.
• A proven ability to grow engaged communities and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, events and brand collaborations.
• Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for creating content people genuinely want to engage with.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on driving memberships, engagement and long-term growth.
• Existing connections within Dubai's creator, media or lifestyle community would be a distinct advantage.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised, commercially minded and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You'll be equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, building partnerships and rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional launch events and member experiences.

Salary package offered: AED15-22k all inclusive pm plus standard benefits
