Director of Operations| UAE

We are partnering with an expanding organisation within the FM & healthcare support services sector to appoint an exceptional Director of Operations.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role for an accomplished operations professional with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site service operations.

The successful individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction and strategic growth across a significant portfolio.

We're looking for a leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a hands-on operational approach and has extensive experience within healthcare catering, facilities management, environmental services, hospitality, or integrated support services.

Key requirements:

• Significant senior leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations
• Strong commercial capability, including full P&L accountability and budget management.
• Experience leading sizeable operational teams through senior management structures.
• A proven ability to build trusted client partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of operational governance, compliance, quality standards and HSE.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
