An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager with hands-on lettings and property management experience to join a respected independent estate agency.

Our client is a well-established estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management, known for its personalised service, strong local reputation, and supportive team culture.

You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, serving as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors while overseeing tenancies, maintenance, property inspections, compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary of circa £30,000 (negotiable), benefits and free parking.

What we are looking for:



* Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Manager, Lettings Coordinator, Lettings Consultant, or in a similar role


* Must have experience managing lettings and property portfolios


* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


* A proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach


* Full UK driving licence


* Right to work in the UK
