I am hiring on behalf of a luxury island resort seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of a premier fine dining restaurant in Key West.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong background in fine dining, luxury service, team leadership, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, team development, and overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop the restaurant team through effective training and coaching
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operational coverage
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the overall guest experience
• Monitor restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational regulations
• Maintain accurate operational, inventory, sales, and staff records

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in fine dining and/or luxury hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences and exceptional service
