Talent Partner - High-End Corporate Venues - Immediate Start

3–6 Month Contract | 5 Days on site

We’re looking for a talented Talent Partner to join a high-end corporate business on an immediate-start, 3–6 month contract.

This is a standalone and highly visible role, working closely with the Head of Department and directly with the owners of the business.

We’re looking for someone who is presentable, confident and comfortable operating within high-end corporate venues and professional environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience across high-end corporate venues, hospitality, hotels, retail, serviced offices or premium client-facing environments, with the ability to recruit across a broad range of positions.  We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, personable, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the standards expected within a high-end corporate environment.

You’ll need to be able to own the recruitment function independently, build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and represent the business exceptionally well.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting across:

• Front of House and client-facing roles
• Sales
• Marketing

The ideal person will have:

• Experience within high-end corporate venues, hospitality, hotels, retail or serviced offices
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Confidence recruiting Sales and Marketing roles at different levels
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work independently and hit the ground running
