Are you an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist with weight management experience looking for a flexible remote role?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to support a specialist weight management service on a locum contract.

This is a fully remote clinical role for a pharmacist with experience working within weight loss services and prescribing weight management treatments.

You will conduct patient consultations, assess suitability for treatment, and provide ongoing clinical support to help patients achieve their health goals.

You’ll be delivering fully remote weight management consultations, assessing patients’ suitability for weight loss treatments, and prescribing weight management medications within your scope of practice.

The role offers flexible working options, such as 9-3 or similar, which will allow you to work alongside your existing commitments.

About you:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist with UK based experience
• Qualified Independent Prescriber (IP)
• Previous experience working within weight management/weight loss services and prescribing within this scope of practice
• Access to your own laptop and reliable internet connection
• Available to start by 3rd August 2026
• Ability to work autonomously and manage diary
• This is a locum role - there is no visa sponsorship available
